Overview for Land-Led Schemes
This flowchart provides an overview of the entire property development process. In this sample version of DevProMM, only a few of the Activity boxes are 'live'. The others are greyed-out.

When do we buy the land / property?
All projects go through the processes of being investigated, planned, designed, constructed and closed down - in that order, by and large. But the timing of the land/property purchase will vary from one scheme to another, depending upon circumstances and the project's risks. So, the Overview flowchart shows that the Task "Manage the conveyance" can feed into one of several different Tasks. These are therefore shown as several dotted lines rather than the (usual) single solid line connecting Task boxes.
